A Nice Sunday

I woke up early today to watch Bo Sanchez in Kerygma TV, Channel 5. His topic was How to Live a Life of No Regrets. As usual, I was inspired by his talk.

Then, I went back to sleep. I woke up in time for the 9 am mass on TV.

My sister passed by to give food - adobong pusit, adobong buto-buto and lasagna. I tasted the lasagna right away. Good!

I re-read my books and listened to YouTube. I added to my story concepts. I continued writing my book, "I Love Humor and More".

My friend, Amy came with her maid. She brought her "pasalubong" from Taiwan. Mostly foodstuff. She wanted to pass on her project to me but I said that is up to the Client to decide. She was not feeling well because of legal problems and other problems which were nagging her.

Our neighbor, Tita Auring, gave me religious stuff to read. So nice of her.

Novena to God's Love

Today, as I was listening to Preacher in Blue Jeans, I took note of Bo's Novena to God's Love. It goes:

Today, I receive all of God's love for me
Today, I open myself to the unbounded, limitless, overflowing abundance of God's universe
Today, I open myself to Your blessings, healing and miracles
Today, I open myself to God's Word so I would become more like Jesus every day
Today, I proclaim that I am God's beloved, I am God's servant, I am God's powerful champion.
And because I am blessed, I will bless the world in Jesus' name. Amen.

Beautiful prayer! And I heard, it's a powerful novena to those who have dreams.

I have dreams...several. And I lift them up to God.

Bo Sanchez is a blessing to many people. I want to be a blessing to many people,
too.

And so, in ways big and small, I shall bless this world with who I am, with what I say and do. Guide me, Lord!

Visit from Bo Sanchez

I've long been an admirer of Bo Sanchez. We were supposed to have lunch last week but he and the guy we were supposed to meet with postponed. They decided to be the ones to visit. Willy was quite early. Bo arrived at about 2 pm.

He was in a simple shirt and maong pants. No pretension.

He gave us a copy of one of his books (on miracles).

Nice to hear a man of wisdom speak.

Torture! Pain with prayer. Guess what's winning?

Thanks, Bo, for saving my day.
