Last Night, I Didn't Get To Sleep...

Looks like the words from a song but the reason is totally different. I kept thinking of my FGD and its details.

It appears that it is grossly undercosted! I think I would have to substantially slash my fee. Oh no!
(The sacrifices I make for my projects.)

I hope despite the many things that could go wrong, everything will turn out fine in the end. Here's keeping my fingers crossed and then folded in prayer.

It's my brother's birthday. I'm glad to know he recently got hired as general manager. He now sends monthly financial help. What are siblings for?

End of the month is nearing. I hope to collect from three of my clients. Enough to pay for my medicines.

I was able to get some sleep this afternoon. Feels good!

Now, I'm about to work on a project that is due tonight or tomorrow morning.

A friend is coming over and she will bring me Mcdo Fillet o' Fish. Yehey. I will give her some stuff which don't fit me.

I'm excited about our batch gettogether this Saturday. There will be about 18 of us. And the good news is looks like I finally have a ride going there. The poor guy lives in Cainta. The venue is in Pasig. So, I'm really out of the way. But I begged him to fetch me and I said he doesn't have to bring me home. Another attendee promised to be the one to bring me home. So problem solved!

Another Really Nice Day

Today was a really nice day.

I woke up early because a family friend was coming over. She was asking help on her speech for the AVP presentation during her daughter's debut. I just corrected her grammatical errors and added humor to her speech. I also tried to shorten it because it was too long. Together we made finishing touches.

We ordered breakfast from McDo and she paid for it. I had Big Breakfast with garlic rice and orange juice. I ordered hot chocolate and hash browns for my son. My mom had egg mcmuffin and our friend had pancakes with sausage and coffee. Great breakfast!

After she left, I went back to a deep sleep.

After lunch, I slept again. When I woke up it was already past 4!

Then, my friend called me saying that her driver and car are available. I can be picked up so I can go to church.

At long last, I was able to go to Confession, hear part of the mass,
and receive Communion.

I was brought home.

For dinner, I had tocino, rice and gelatin with nata de coco.

What a day!

YouTube, Mcdo, and Story Concepts

After my usual afternoon nap and checking my inbox, I visited YouTube. I listened to a few favorite songs. I watched the Susan Boyle story.

I ordered McDo - french fries, fillet o' fish, and Coke Zero.

I wrote some story concepts for short films. I have a friend who is a director. He might decide to direct/produce the concepts into actual films. Who knows?

Hearty McDo Meal

Today, I was able to collect two checks from a client. I had them encashed right away. Most of the money went to my mom.

I played online scrabble. I cleaned my inbox and fixed my desktop. Not much to do.

I was supposed to go out with a friend today. But he couldn't make it. Instead, I ordered McDonald's delivery - Fillet o Fish, large fries, McNuggets with Rice and Coke Zero. What a hearty meal! And to think it's Lent! (Sorry, Lord.)
